We offer you for 1 Week Accommodation in charming and modern family beach guesthouse of about 1 hour from Fortaleza city away a calm place distant, or only some trips tour possibilities in diverse famous and fabulous sunny and warm northeast Brazilian coast side  beaches, if you stay in another Hotel. For only Trip Tours go please direct in Options of Item 8, here below or here in 'Options'.

01. Vacation and Guesthouse Uruaú: New All - Inclusive Family Friend Accommodation in city nearby ( 1 Hour - 90 km distant ) to Fortaleza - CE Brazil and almost direct Beach, Dune, Nature Protection and more of 100 km infinite Beaches, sunny whole year (about 30°C – Water 28°C) calm Place.

02. Service:    All - Inclusive:     € 400 per Person per Week.    No Extra Costs.

• Airport Transfers Land and Take Off in Comfortable 4x4 Pick-Up Vehicles or Similar (Maximal 4 Persons pro Car, pro Transfer).

• 1-Week (6 Days) in comfortable Rooms. (See pictures in Photos)

• At least 3 Lunches pro Day whole Week (rich Breakfast, uncommon Midday Lunch and light Dinner), as well Bio-Fruits from Plantation without Chemicals direct from Trees taken (Depends on Seasons). Beverages inclusive, Caipirinha also, alcohols a part.

What is for you to be expected:

Breakfast: Diversified Assortment of Milk, Coffee, ‘Tapioca’, Cheese (Qualho), Broad, ‚Cuscuz’, Egg, Salami, several Juices like Orange juice, Lemonade or from local Fruits like ‚Pitanga’, ‚Cajú’ etc. Fruits: Papaya, Watermelon, Melons, 'Cajú' (August to November), Banana, Mango, Coconut Water etc.

Midday Lunch: Fish, Lobster, Shrimps or Meat. Together Salad. Because of the inclusive Trips, it is possible to be served in some days in other high quality restaurant or places. Barbecue is possible if desired.

Dinner: Because of Wonderful Clime and intensive activities in region, here would be a light Offer served, like also a spread diverse Coffee & Milk with Bread assortment. For example: Tea and White Wine to be asked.

• Calm Place, sunny and warm whole Year in Beach Chairs. Weather Today 

• Sports inclusive: Football, Volley and Swimming Pool. Possibility to drive in Dune with Quad.

• Trips in More than 100 Km Beaches' coast with Buggy for 4 People to those Beaches Knowledge: ‚Caponga, Águas Belas, Barra velha, Barra nova, Morro Branco, Praia das Fontes, Diogo, Praia do Uruaú, Barra da Sucatinga, Praia dos Ariós, Canto Verde, Parajuru and the famous Canoa Quebrada’. For sure, we stop for all Swims' desires. If Client decides to go in other Places, it is just to talk about. We are flexible for the Tourists making them in happiness. In addition, we take them to the colorful ‚Falésias’ to be known. In complement, we go for a swim in Lake Uruaú to be thought. We serve light Beverages during the Trips, like much Water, Coconut or Coke and local Soft drinks. (All with Travel Orientation Guide for Info, but this is Gradable and friendly, no big Stress Organization).

• Some 2,5 Hours Travelling with ‚Jangada’ Boats or small ones in clear water inside Sea together going.

• City-Tour: At Reception or in middle of the Week, it is foreseen a City-Tour in Fortaleza Centre where the Old Centre is possible to go with main Tourists' Attractions to be visit, with Travel Guide, the Sightseeing of the City to be shown and the local Barrier Language for you to easier facilitate. If you desire we can show what you want to be seen, please talk your idea. At this day a mid-lunch is planned in a very good ‚Rodizio Churrascaria’ or similar high-quality Restaurant. Fortaleza can be reached with only 1 Hour car travel by very good highway, as well the Transfer Time from Airport.

Our Responsibility is from your reception at Fortaleza International Airport making the Transfers (Go and Return) and 1-Week Accommodation at our Guesthouse Place with Trips Options. If necessary only, we can support in medical assistance, but the Costs are not ours. This is only a help, if Urgency and Accidents happen. So please be careful in your travel. Flights are not Inclusive, but you can plan Specials by your Travel Agency Offers. This should be your to organize, even when we recommend TAP - Air Portugal with direct Flights to Fortaleza (8 Hours only), and only 1 Stop in Lisbon from each Airport of West Europe. Some those Flights are with One-night-Stay in Lisbon free to Passenger. Visa for Fortaleza and Brazil for Europeans are not necessary. Tourists can stay up to 3 Months without this Preparing. We help you in any case you need.

03. Place: This Holiday- and Guesthouse (Family Atmosphere, Children friendly and soon renewed) with Resort - Character belongs to local known Guest-family with good Relations in Fortaleza city and capacity in total 4 Guestrooms for maximal 10 People pro Week, 3 to 4 Persons pro Rooms, a complete installed Kitchen with Refrigerators (If desired we rent the whole House for Groups in some periods like Holiday Home), which the Main House is in middle of the site dividing and in between the Soccer Official Field and Fruit Trees with Pool in Exterior Area. The Pool is also for Children appropriate. Sun Chairs are spread and at Beach cost free available. Internet Accessibility nearby is possible, if desired. We do not take this minimal cost.

05. Accommodation: The enough dimensioned rooms offer several separate Bad, Shower and WC. Terrace and Windows displayed in a Layout to the Seaside. We do not assume Liability for Loses. We recommend softly Clothes for Daily Activities.

06. Entertainment: Free daily and night Programs by your Choice. You just need to talk to us. We organize Shows Trips also with small extra cost. We are flexible about.

07. Sport: Ping-Pong, Football, Volleyball, Swimming, Surf at Beach, Jet Ski in Lake, Dune Walking.

08. Trips' Options: (All with Travel Guides for Info, but this is Gradable and friendly, no big Stress Organization).

In Case only you do not stay in our Guesthouse or you had already booked somewhere else, we see and receive you as well as Tourist offering you such local Trips or half accommodation with us: (All with direct Shuttle in your Hotel in Fortaleza). We do not worry complete for Airport Transfer this time in those cases, neither for Flights, but we are open to talk about also in assisting you).

09. Catering: All Inclusive: Full pension, Snacks, Non-alcoholic Beverage (Water, Juices, Soda, Tea...), local Beer and Caipirinha is Possible. (Cachaca Pitú).

• Alcoholic Beverage costs extra (Beer etc.).
• Children: 1- Up to 2 years' old Free, 2- From 2 to 10 Years 50% Discount, 3- More than 10 years Old: Normal Price.
• Smokers have same Acceptance than the not-ones.
